I have valuable skills from greater than 47 years practicing law with focus on tax planning, tax compliance, business succession, business formation, consulting with business owners with ongoing operational issues and teaching estate planning and tax-related matters to attorneys and CPAS since 1985. I have an extensive track record of effective commitment to civic betterment and which to assist the clientele of SCORE. I retired from the California State Bar as an attorney in December, 2022. I have mentored an extensive array of closely held business owners 0n behalf of SCORE since joining in July, 2022. I am also a coordinator for the SCORE-Southern Arizona business succession program.
