Retired former President and CEO (30+ years) of OPEN, Inc., a process improvement consultancy, responsible for directing both individuals and project teams on initiatives that included training/facilitation/consulting for 15 national and international automotive manufacturers, providing process analysis and consulting services for Business Operations, Sales, Service, Distribution, Marketing and Product Launches. The primary focus was on analysis and improvement of Processes/ Productivity/ Profitability/ Performance/Customer Satisfaction/Owner Loyalty/Leadership Effectiveness and Management/Supervisory Skills. Since working with SCORE I have conducted mentoring for individuals who want to start a business, individuals and teams that are currently in business and through the Boot2Biz program, service men and women who are planning on leaving the military to start a business. In addition, I have conducted Business Plan Development workshops, including Lean Canvas development, Research resources, Financial Projection development and creating a Marketing Pitch.
