My executive leadership roles in manufacturing and customer service provide a broad background in all aspects of managing a business.

In every business the focus should be on the customer – understanding their problems and needs and how to solve them. Areas of expertise include business concept feasibility, business plan, process and quality improvement, lean manufacturing, customer service (B2B and B2C/retail), strategy development and implementation, financial management, cost control, cost reduction, new product introduction, turnarounds, troubleshooting and team building.

Since joining SCORE in 2010, I have used my skills to help numerous small businesses, startups and nonprofits strengthen business and strategic planning, sales growth, financial management and operational efficiency. I will help you learn new techniques and guide you in the development of your own analytic skills and creative ideas to grow and enhance your business.
