Nonprofit Panel: Operating a Nonprofit Business without a Paid Executive Director
Good management practices are key to success for a nonprofit business and are often overlooked. Realizing that many startup and small nonprofits operate without an executive director or without a paid ED, we will explore how to effectively manage such an organization. Often the founder or board chair wears many hats. We will discuss how to evolve to a structure that separates governance from operations.
