Donor-Advised Fund (DAF)
A donor-advised fund (DAF) is like a charitable investment account that makes giving simple and tax-efficient. With DAF Direct, you can easily recommend a gift to SCORE straight from your DAF—helping us continue to mentor and empower small business owners nationwide.
Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD)
If you’re 70½ or older, you can make a gift to SCORE directly from your IRA through a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD). This tax-advantaged option allows you to reduce your taxable income while supporting small business owners nationwide. To initiate a QCD, please work directly with your financial institution. For all questions and to provide remittance details, contact deposit@score.org. Please mention that you would like to contribute 100% to the SCORE Silicon Valley Chapter (405).
