I have had a very successful formal leadership career as a superintendent of schools, and community leadership roles in Rotary, two Chambers, NAMI, and facilitating the hiring of four nonprofit executive directors. I also started a small human relations services business. My mission in life has always been and continues to be "helping people get better, because even a slight improvement makes life better."
