I was part of a team that started a company, grew the company to $125M in revenue, and sold to a PE-Sponsored peer company in 2022. I loved the process of advancing the company through its growth phases from inception to high-growth to scalable and then to a successful merger. I am excited to share some of my lessons-learned with others on the journey to building and growing their organizations.
