My business experience included 30 years managing the sales and service for integrated steel companies. I was part of the management team for two integrated steel manufacturing start ups. I was responsible for developing the customer base, the pricing structure, and worked with manufacturing to develop the most profitable product line. Most importantly, I was responsible for the gross revenue and developing a new customers. The customer base included automotive, manufacture's and steel service centers. I was responsible for the sales staff located across North America and the inside sale staff the serviced the customers.
After retiring I formed an LLC that sold investment castings, machining services, heavy industry equipment repairs, gearbox manufacturing and refurbishment. I developed a customer base that included integrated steel companies, automotive, military equipment manufacturers, paper mills, health care equipment manufactures, and aviation.
