Having grown up in a family automotive service business and advancing from technician to service advisor and utimately to owner I have lived the stages of growth. I became the envy of my peers and competition as I built a new facility and developed a distributorship division all while leading one of New Englands highest grossing independent automotive service businesses. I have been used by multiple consulting companies to assist them with getting their clients to develop the procedures to apply the theory that the consultants were teaching. My passion is really to help people and that passion is what made me successful. I cared about each client and knew that my people were my primary resource and my goal was to provide careers and not just a place of employment for them. My success as a business owner enabled me to retire early and open up my schedule to use my skills to help other entrepreneurs achive the success and goals that they are passionate about. In addition to my passion for business I am a person dedicated to personal health, riding road bicycles, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, doing disaster recovery and rebuilding in areas hit by natural disasters as well as racing cars.
