With a career spanning 45+ years, I started and led a successful company as a seasoned entrepreneur. Our specialty was leveraging a human behavioral change management framework to drive Agile information technology project success. Concurrently, I taught graduate students at the University of Washington Schools of Public Health, Medicine, and Nursing, authored two books and numerous peer-reviewed journal articles, and delivered dozens of presentations to business professionals on this framework. My journey began with a decade of experience at Deloitte (formerly Touche Ross) and Booz Allen and Hamilton, further solidifying my expertise.
