My mentoring approach is a transformative journey that combines theory, practice, and social responsibility to empower SCORE clients. I aim to facilitate clients in understanding and navigating organizational dynamics, collaborating with them to achieve leadership success. Together, we will harness the power of Agile, IT, project, and change management to achieve business objectives swiftly. Clients can look forward to innovative problem-solving approaches and process optimization techniques, all while embracing meaningful social impact.

With a career spanning 45+ years, I started and led a successful company as a seasoned entrepreneur. Our specialty was leveraging a human behavioral change management framework to drive Agile information technology project success. Concurrently, I taught graduate students at the University of Washington Schools of Public Health, Medicine, and Nursing, authored two books and numerous peer-reviewed journal articles, and delivered dozens of presentations to business professionals on this framework. My journey began with a decade of experience at Deloitte (formerly Touche Ross) and Booz Allen and Hamilton, further solidifying my expertise.
