Rob possesses a unique blend of professional management consulting experience as well as hands-on entrepreneurial skills – from startup to exit. While Rob is highly analytical and detailed in his approach to “making it happen”, he always keeps in mind of the “big picture” in everything he does.

Rob began his management consulting career in Cincinnati with one of the predecessor firms of the "Big 4", before moving out to California and onto Hong Kong. For two decades, Rob consulted in strategic planning, operations, and project management for a wide range of organizations, from Fortune 500 companies to owner-operated businesses.

After retiring from consulting, Rob ventured into the wine industry and started his own small business. After six years of hard work, Rob celebrated a successful exit with a big glass of wine.

In addition, Rob is well versed with the entire life cycle of real estate investing, from day-to-day management to 1031 Exchange and owner financing.

Rob enjoys learning and appreciating different ways of life through his travels and volunteering.
