My experience and knowledge centers on how metrics prove and inform strategy, marketing, personnel growth and development. Most especially I believe the financials prove the strategy! To that end, I'm an expert in construction accounting, including the vital Work in Process calculation that makes both the Balance Sheet and the Profit and Loss (Income Statement) correct.
