Join us for a hands-on workshop designed for business owners and professionals who want their social media activity to produce tangible results without unnecessary complexity or fatigue. The session focuses on using social platforms intentionally to attract relevant customers, communicate clearly, and maintain consistency over time.

The hands-on approach centers primarily on Instagram and TikTok, with brief contextual references to other platforms where appropriate. Participants will examine what types of content perform well, why they work, and how to adapt them to their own business context. Particular attention is given to short-form video fundamentals and audience engagement practices.

The role of AI is addressed pragmatically: as a tool to support idea generation, content organization, and workflow efficiency—without undermining originality or personal voice. The session emphasizes realistic execution over volume or constant posting.

Participants will leave with a simple, actionable strategy, usable content ideas, and a repeatable approach for showing up consistently and effectively online.

Key Learning Outcomes - By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Use social media strategically to attract appropriate customers rather than prioritizing follower growth alone
  • Apply AI tools to support content ideation, planning, and efficiency without outsourcing creative judgment
  • Determine what to post, how to frame messages, and how frequently to publish based on capacity and goals
  • Develop content that reflects their values, positioning, and communication style in a consistent manner
  • Understand the fundamentals of short-form video creation for Instagram and TikTok, including format, structure, and performance drivers
  • Engage intentionally with audiences through following, commenting, and interaction to build meaningful visibility and community
  • Apply practical guidance on hashtags, captions, hooks, and calls to action
  • Construct a simple, realistic social media plan and content outline that can be implemented immediately
  • Operate with greater clarity and confidence in maintaining an ongoing, sustainable social media presence
