This event features a unique conversation with three distinguished speakers: Victoria Price, renowned for her inspirational writing and coaching; Deborah Taffa, an award-winning creative writer and expert in cross-cultural communication; and LaNysha Adams, Ph.D., an experienced educator and recent TEDx speaker. Victoria Price

As an inspirational speaker, author, blogger, consultant, coach and interspiritual minister, Victoria Price encourages each of us to co-create a Legacy of Love through heart-centered practice that can heal our planet.

Along with writing her popular blog, Daily Practice of Joy, Victoria is the author of three books — her 2018 inspirational memoir, The Way of Being Lost: A Road Trip to My Truest Self; the critically-acclaimed Vincent Price: A Daughter’s Biography, and her latest book — Living Love: 12 Heart-Centered Practices to Transform Your Life.

In 2016, after living in New Mexico for 25 years, Victoria began a nomadic life. Over seven years later, she still chooses to remain “intentionally home-free” as her core heart-centered practice. She lives on the road with her beloved dog Allie.

LaNysha Tufuga Adams (@edlinguist) is a TEDx speaker, mother of two young boys, 10x award-winning author of ME POWER, and the Student Wellness Center Director at Santa Fe Community College. With 20 years of experience in education, she holds a Ph.D. and is a certified coach on a mission to revolutionize how people learn by co-creating tools and resources they need to lead their OWN development. In 2016, she established Edlinguist Solutions, an education consultancy that evolved from offering one-on-one coaching with annual profits of $20,000 to securing government contracts and multiple income streams, generating over six figures in profits each year.

She brings Me Power to life with her inspiring story of surviving a sudden cardiac arrest, fostering resilience, courage, and an unwavering determination to confront challenges head-on. Deborah Taffa

Deborah Taffa’s memoir, Whiskey Tender, has been longlisted for the 2024 National Book Award, as well as named to 2024 best lists at Esquire, Oprah Daily, ELLE, and The Washington Post. With fellowships and grants from the National Endowment for the Arts, PEN America, MacDowell, and the NY State Summer Writers Institute, Deborah received her MFA in creative nonfiction writing in Iowa City. A citizen of the Kwatsaan (Yuma) Nation and Laguna Pueblo, she is the director of the MFA CW program at the Institute of American Indian Arts in Santa Fe, NM.

Dr. Mary Beth Wilkas Janke is a former Secret Service Agent, International Personal Protection Agent, Self-Esteem Mentor, Doctor of Clinical Psychology, Forensic Psychology Expert, College Professor, Speaker, and Author. Known for her resilience and tenacity in historically male-dominated fields, Mary Beth has protected high-profile individuals globally and now focuses on empowering others through psychology, self-esteem mentoring, and resilience training. Her book, The Protector, chronicles her extraordinary journey and the lessons she has learned along the way.

Pamela Thompson

Pamela a certified Life and Soul Coach and a Tapping (EFT)* practitioner. She was trained by renowned coach and therapist, Patricia Flasch. Pamela has over 20 years’ experience in Twelve Step recovery.

For eight years, Pamela was the Founder and Executive Director of The Life Monologue Project, a non-profit organization that empowered people with cancer and HIV/AIDS to stand up and tell their stories, to connect with their communities by speaking their truth. She was the editor of the book, The Cancer Monologue Project which O, Oprah’s Magazine applauded as “a necessity and a gift." Pamela’s work was featured in Rosie Magazine, Spirituality and Health and the CBS Early Show.

With Pamela’s extensive experience in the performing arts, she enjoys working with people as a Public Speaking Coach. She supports her clients in getting in touch with their passion and purpose, in seeing and embracing their unique voice, and clarifying their message.

Resilience is the ability to adapt well in the face of trauma, stress, and adversity. The great news is that we can build our resilience at any age! It's not something we are born with or without but can learn to become. In this interactive session, we will discuss the foundation of resilience, how to build resilience, and what resilience looks like in everyday life as it plays a pivotal role in our mental and physical well-being. We’ll have the opportunity to practice effective coping tools throughout the workshop.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Learn that mindset is the key to resilience.
  • Discover the key to shifting your mindset.
  • Reflect on the role of constructive criticism.
  • Learn that resilience is the key to better mental and physical health.

Peer Power: Unlocking Collective Wisdom

In this 1-hour session, participants will engage in peer-to-peer coaching to unlock collective wisdom and tackle real-life challenges. Using a round-robin format, they’ll receive actionable insights from two peers, helping them find solutions, identify patterns, and refine ideas. This workshop extends coaching support by tapping into the creativity and experience of others.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Refine skills in asking for help.
  • Learn to formulate problems and challenges clearly.
  • Develop ability to work across disciplines.
  • Build capacity to self-organize.

From Hell in the Hallway to Freedom in the Field

In this 1-hour workshop, participants will engage in contemplative listening practices through which they will explore new ways of thinking about dichotomies such as past & future, familiar & unknown, even wrong & right. They will discover the superpower of listening with their whole being, which enables anyone to inhabit into life’s inevitable threshold spaces with greater confidence and joy.

Powerful Networks: Key Bridges for Entrepreneurial Success In this interactive 1-hour workshop, participants will learn to build and leverage networks crucial for entrepreneurial success. They will create a personalized “Me Power” profile to identify and communicate their strengths and goals, forming the foundation for meaningful, goal-aligned networking.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Create a Me Power Profile, develop a personalized profile that clearly outlines their strengths and goals, serving as an important tool for effective networking.
  • Identify Key Networking Opportunities, create a visual map of their network and identify gaps and areas of growth.
  • Outline a Networking Action Plan, set specific goals with clear dates, select key contacts, with a short list of an accountability partner.

Expanding Your Core Beliefs

In this 1-hour workshop, participants will explore how to build resilience when facing challenges and rejection. Through writing exercises, they’ll identify limiting beliefs and learn to overcome negative self-talk. We’ll share stories of success, discuss past struggles, and use redirection to push toward success.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Complete a Fears and Prides Exercise.
  • Identify an old story that limits the.
  • Reflect on the role of constructive criticism.
  • Learn some lessons from Aikido.
