Performance Athletics Gymnastics, Leslie Breeze
Leslie Breeze started gymnastics as a young child around age 4 and began coaching gymnastics as a junior coach at 14. She fell in love with coaching and has been doing so ever since. This year she celebrated her 50th birthday! As a young coach, she dreamt of having her own gym someday. Through decades of hard work, dedication to the sport, and daily support from friends and family mentors, she is living the dream. In 2003, she opened up Performance Athletics Gymnastics in San Luis Obispo.
This year, Performance Athletics Gymnastics, a state-of-the-art gymnastics facility, celebrates its 19th anniversary!
The professional staff at PA Gym ensures a safe and fun gymnastics experience for everyone, recreational through competitive, offering programs for parents & tots all the up way through adults. Specialty programs include Aerial Silks, Parkour, Tumbling and trampoline, Summer Camps, Kids’ Party Paradise, Birthday Parties, and more. Performance Athletics is dedicated to the development of each student on an individual basis. PA's goal is to provide a positive experience and help build confidence within each athlete. The "whole-child" approach to teaching is essential at PA Gym – a culture of professionalism, growth, caring, and respect. Nurturing an uplifting community among our clients, children, families, coaches, and SLO county as a whole. Performance Athletics helps build strong, healthy, happy, and confident people of all ages. “Medals are just the icing on the cake!”

Leslie has met with SCORE over the years and always comes away with new ideas, insights, information, and connections. She is grateful for all the help SCORE has offered in these 19 years and counting and will continue to visit SCORE in the future as well. She strives for continuing personal and professional growth, a culture that she carries into Performance Athletics Gymnastics. PA Gym is at its best when Leslie and all the staff are at their best. The coaches are the heartbeat of the business, and Leslie has a deep appreciation for all they do to help make PA fabulous. Gratitude sums it up.
