From 2003-2006 I was a small business owner with 2 franchise businesses, one with Great Clips and one with United Check Cashing. I was most successful in providing excellent service to my customers and learned a lot about managing hourly employees. What I also bring to SCORE clients is a breadth of business experience from many years and different roles at software startups and larger companies alike. I listen well and will ask the important questions because I'm curious and want to get a sense for the client's dreams and goals.
