NUMBERS DON'T LIE! Use them to Increase Sales and Profitability
Do You Think Your Business is as Profitable and Productive as It Could Be?
If you own a small business, you need to keep track of many numbers to be profitable and effective. Sales and profits are important metrics, but they're not the only measurements of your business' performance.
If you understand how metrics can measure performance, your business can be much more efficient and much more profitable.
In this presentation you will learn some simple techniques to keep track of how your business is operating, techniques that have been shown to lead to higher sales and more efficient operations.
You will take away specific examples that you can use immediately.
In order to make this workshop of specific benefit to you and your business, please identify one or two metrics that you would like to discuss. They could be:
- What is a good measure of profitability for my business?
- If I have a store with many skews, which ones should I phase out?
- Can I afford to hire another person?
- How well is my social media account doing?
- or any other questions about the numbers you use to run your business.
Send your reply to gsquared1938@gmail.com and shirley.juster@scorevolunteer.org by January 15th in order for the presenter to address your personal issues.
Registration fee $30
This is an interactive workshop for which we encourage your participation. The recording and slides will be sent only to those who attend.
