About the event

Cash flow management is not just about cash flow forecasting. It is about taking a holistic approach by addressing payables, receivables, inventory, employee, contract and capital expenditures.

The workshop will address the approach towards how to manage the major elements that can affect cash flow:

  • payables
  • receivables
  • inventory
  • labor
  • capital expenditures.

It will also offer a cash flow template that entrepreneurs can use to develop their own cash flow projections based on a budget template.

Registration Fee $40
