Get Your Own Personal Team of Business Advisors
Individualized, long-term coaching for existing businesses from a hand-picked team of experienced executives.
Is the Advisory Board Right for Me?
You will benefit most from a SCORE Advisory Board if :
- You are a key member of the business (officer or principal)
- Your company has been in business for 2+ years
- Your company has annual revenues that exceed $500K and has 3+ employees
- You are able to commit to working with an Advisory Board for six to twelve (6-12) months
How Does the Advisory Board Work?
We assemble your Advisory Board based on your business goals, both long and short-term. Your team will include a panel of experienced business people, representing different areas of specialization – such as finance, operations, marketing, etc. depending on your needs. They’ll work with you to review your current business situation, identify opportunities for business growth, act as a trustworthy sounding board, and suggest solutions to any issues or roadblocks you may be facing. As always with SCORE, any information you share about your company (products, finances, etc.) will be held in strict confidentiality. Most importantly, they’ll help hold you accountable for taking action in the areas that matter most to you in the long term.
