I am a licensed CPA with over forty years of experience. I have worked in public accounting firms, including my own, and in the business sector for both publicly owned and privately held companies. A significant portion of my career was spent in telecommunications with AT T and its affiliates SBC, PacBell, and Ameritech, holding management positions in regulatory and accounting. I also served as the Chief Financial Officer of SBCs voicemail subsidiary. Before my recent retirement, I spent five years as the CFO of a San Antonio privately held company which provided logistics services to AT T, and conducted numerous other business activities. In my public accounting experience, I have provided tax planning and reporting services, as well as accounting support and training (primarily involving Quickbooks), to numerous small businesses in the San Antonio area. I can help clients improve the financial and operational performance of their businesses thru a focus on business planning, cash flow planning, analysis of results, legal and tax structures, and accounting issues and solutions.
