I'm about to retire and I would like to continue being active in my community. My background is with companies with less than 50 employees and I have filled the finance (I was a CPA for over 30 years) and operational roles. In both my "big" jobs I helped companies that were marginally profitable to become very profitable. I consider myself an excellent team member and this seems like a perfect opportunity for me.
