The idea of hackers and cybercrime is growing exponentially.
Hackers will infect your computer with software that allows them to freeze your system and it can not be unlocked unless a ransom is paid.
There are a few steps you can take if you notice you may have been infected, such as:
- Isolate which computer(s) have been infected and take them off your network.
- Asses the damage.
- Keep data back-ups.
