Many area businesses are unsure where to turn to find out if they qualify as essential or non-essential, especially in light of Governor Hogan's announcement on March 30th for Maryland's residents to "Stay at Home". Governor Hogan announced new COVID-19 business relief programs on March 23. These resources are available through:
