New - IRS Clarifies Stance On No Deductibility Of Expenses Paid With PPP Funds - The IRS recently released a Revenue Ruling and a Revenue Procedure which formalized its prior position in Notice 2020-32 that expenses funded with forgiven Paycheck Protection Program (“PPP”) loan funds are not deductible.
