Do employees who vacation out of state need to quarantine upon return?  From yesterday’s press conference, per Governor Hogan: “Marylanders should refrain from traveling to areas that are experiencing rapidly escalating numbers. Anyone who travels out of state should immediately get tested, and self-quarantine while awaiting test results.
