New Funding Resource- Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA)

DHCD is administering up to $40 million of the Governor’s Maryland Nonprofit Recovery Initiative (NORI)  (Sorry for the confusing alphabet soup!)

·       $10 million for non-profits licensed by Maryland Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) and the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) is available from DHCD: The application for this funding is projected to be available online Wednesday, July 22nd. PLEASE CHECK BACK FOR UPDATES. 

·       $30 million for nonprofits whose mission and work is focused on the economic development and economic recovery of Maryland communities as well as those non-profits that focus on the health and human services and housing of underserved Maryland populations. New Funding ResourceAdvancing the Arts Across Maryland Emergency Grant

In response to the COVID-19 State of Emergency, the Maryland State Arts Council (MSAC) has created special grant opportunities that provide emergency funding to arts organizations and artists in Maryland as they adjust to losses sustained because of programming, operations, and events that have been modified or cancelled. New Funding Resource- State Apprenticeship Expansion Grant - Maryland Apprenticeship and Training Program (MATP) MD Labor is now accepting proposals for these grant funds to support Registered Apprenticeship Programs across the State. MD Labor is allocating $699,226.39 of its State Apprenticeship Expansion Grant to the Related Instruction Reimbursement Program. Find more information here
