The SBA has released the new PPP Loan Forgiveness Application Form 3508EZ, which is designed to streamline PPP forgiveness. Join NFIB’s webinar as they walk through the EZ form and answer frequently asked questions.         

Shift For Success: Back to Work Town Hall Meetings – Presented by The Division of Workforce Development and Adult Learning. Topics: Recruiting tools for employers, Work Sharing program for gradually recalling employees back to full-time work, Job training grant funding and more will be discussed. Choose either event. Most information presented will be for all employers, anywhere in Maryland. Only a small portion of the program will be Montgomery or Frederick County specific.

Are your employees refusing to return to work? To Report an Employee's Recall to Work or Job Refusal From Department of Labor - If an employee refuses a recall to work or an individual refuses an offer of work, you must notify the Division of Unemployment Insurance (DUI) within 15 days after the refusal in order for DUI to consider whether the refusal will affect the individual's unemployment benefits.  This notification may be sent via email to DLUI-DLLR@maryland.gov.  Please include all of the following: date of offer, date of refusal, name and SSN of the individual, your company name and Maryland Unemployment Insurance employer account number.
