I'm Dr. P. - by day, I work in the areas of program development, succession planning, training, organizational development, outreach, recruitment, diversity, equity, and inclusion. By night (and on the weekends), I have a consulting business, which allows me to provide clients with career coaching and guidance around personal brand management. I also have a home-based bakery.
I understand what it feels like to struggle with balance, scaling, goal setting, and creating healthy boundaries. I also know what it feels like to have a vision that is (at times) hard for others to see. Entrepreneurship is a marathon, not a sprint!
