While my industry experience includes Food Service, Restaurant, Learning and Development, Non Profit, Franchising, my functional expertiese can be applied in any industry.
My areas of functional expertise include: Strategic Planning, Small Business Planning, P and L Management, Operations, Internal Communications, and Leadership.
As a senior leader with 30+ years franchise operations experience in the restaurant industry, I had both P and L responsibility for large territories as well consulting and oversight roles to help franchise owners achieve their business goals. I also worked extensively with strategic planning and creating business plans. My active involvement in several nonprofit organizations has helped me develop expertise in the nonprofit sector.
I have been an active Raleigh SCORE volunteer since 2009.
