Spent 28 years in Sales and Marketing for a high tech fortune 500 company. I also did a lot of work in coaching, developing and organizational effectiveness. I lead several different global sales and engineering organizations and was on the executive leadership team for strategy and was involved in looking at the financial viability of entering and exiting new markets and businesses.. My last job focused heavily on global supply chains between 2, 3 and 4 parties. I also lead training and development programs that targeted more effective customer interactions. I was tasked with content development, facilitator training and actually leading workshops and training programs. I have an engineering degree and can speak a modest amount of Spanish (took 5 years of Spanish many moons ago and went to Mexico on business about 40 times).
