I can help improve outcomes in finance, budgeting, financial analysis, pricing, cash flow, mergers acquisitions, risk, strategy development, cost accounting, MIS, operational improvements, project management and non-profit education management. In a long career at American Express, a global financial services company, I led teams that conducted extemsive financial analysis, developed budgets and analyzed business results. I also led project implementation teams that managed complex activities, developed business and pricing strategies and policies, identified and mitigated operational risks and delivered cost reduction recommendations. I worked in manufacturing early in my career and developed an understanding of how to evaluate those processes and associated costs. I am an active volunteer. I sit on the boards of a non-profit elementary school as the treasurer and also on the board of a fundraising organization that raises funds used to provide tuition assistance to low income families. I am an active member and am a long time mentor in a program geared to providing career advice to women and men making their way up the organizational ladder.
