I am a lifelong small business advocate who enjoys talking nuts and bolts with small business owners. With so many challenges facing businesses of all sizes, it is critical to survival to know and understand the impact they can have, and to develop working strategies to keep up and grow enterprises. Prior work with various small companies and conversations with small business owners (barbershop, hardware store, rental management, real estate, et cetera) have been insightful and productive. The key is learning about the owner’s abilities and quantifying the challenges they and their business face.
I enjoy applying business analysis tools I have learned to help highlight strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats – both internal and external - to enterprises. I look forward to working with small business owners to help them develop a tailored, workable plan to strengthen and grow their company.
