I have been an in-house corporate attorney for 37 years, dealing with a variety of commercial contracts and relationships, often very complex and contentious, and have extensive procurement knowledge. I have been a partner with business teams, and am very comfortable dealing with clients that do not know what issues they have or what they need. I also have nonprofit experience, at a board level. Initially I would prefer clients starting fresh and not necessarily sophisticated. This may change over time though.
