As an entrepreneur I have maintained a coaching and training practice in addition to full time work as a CEO of both small and large non-profit organizations including start ups. I have assisted individuals and organizations in planning, problem solving and resolution of personnel issues. I recognize the importance of maintaining enthusiasm while navigating the myriad details of turning an idea into a business. I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people and creating a positive goal oriented relationship to assist them in fulfilling their dreams.
