Do you know how much money you will need before and after you start your company? This workshop will teach you the basics for building your Cash Flow Plan for Success. First, we will discuss how to estimate your revenues and costs. Then we'll learn how to target positive cash flow from the start by making a cash flow projection that will convince you that you have a genuine business opportunity. Armed with this information, you will be able to offer a solid story to persuade lenders and investors to support you, and you will be in a better position to succeed.
Note: Having a basic business plan or a completed Lean Canvas is the right foundation for this course.
