I have been in the hospitality industry all my life, managing hotels and restaurants, in NY, FL, VA, and NC. Over the past 40 plus years I have been a General Manager and Restaurant Manager for major chain operations and have helped recruit, hire, train, and coach valuable team members and build teams and relationships with employees and guests. I retired 5 years ago from actively operating restaurants and now, along with other volunteer activities, I endeavour to stay active by helping aspiring entrepreneurs achieve their goals and dreams in the food beverage and restaurant industry through our local SCORE Piedmont Triad Chapter here in central NC. I am also a part-time ServSafe Instructor working with a North Carolina based company, teaching safe food handling courses to restaurant leaders. In addition, I have a part-time work from home business as a manufacturers representative.
