I can provide information on different areas of the law that may impact your business (e.g. entity formation, contracts, employment), and guidance on handling disputes and non-profit management. I can best assist new businesses, future business owners, and small non-profit executives. I have been practicing law in Pennsylvania since 2016. I recently launched a law firm, M. Zane {+} Associates. The firms mission is to transform the delivery of legal solutions to make them more accesible to the average person. As Managing Attorney, I provide legal solutions for a variety of areas including for profit and non-profit small businesses. I advise individuals on the steps necessary to start a new business, including choosing the appropriate entity type and putting together operating agreements. I help businesses draft and review agreements. I have also advised individuals in engaged disputes with business partners. In addition to the work I do at my firm, I am a trained mediator (facilitative) and I teach conflict resolution classes for justice involved youth. Through my experiences I have learned how to make more with less, adapt quickly to changing situations, and communicate in ways that foster collaboration.
