Jack has been a certified SCORE Mentor for more than 7 years. He has been involved in franchising since 2012 as a franchise owner, Franchisor Chief Development Officer and now as a certified franchise broker. He currently owns Rezultz Team, a franchise consulting firm that is affiliated with the Franchise Brokers Association. Jack formerly owned and operated Liquid Capital of Greater Philadelphia, a certified MBE company focused on accelerating cash flow for small and mid-market B2B businesses, especially women-owned, veteran-owned and minority owned firms. Jack previously served as the Chief Development officer for a Philadelphia area franchise. He chairs the Access to Capital committee within the Black Franchise Leadership Council which is part of the International Franchise Association’s Diversity Institute.

Prior to franchising, Jack enjoyed the opportunity to gain over 20 years of management experience with ATT, the last ten years in various executive level
assignments across the country. His roles included assignments in billing management, project management, operations, strategic planning, finance,
business development, collections and sales. His last two assignments were in sales as Regional Sales Vice President and Sales Center Vice President.

A native of the Greater Philadelphia area, Jack attended Temple University with Business Administration as his major. His volunteer resume includes leadership
roles in various non-profits in Philadelphia, Phoenix and Omaha. Jack currently serves as a certified business mentor and the subject matter expert for both
“Franchising” and “Access to Capital” in the Philadelphia chapter of SCORE.
