With a long career in the Information Technology (IT) business, I have helped organizations of all sizes and industries strategize and plan their performance improvement programs, effectively leveraging people, process, and technology. My primary focus has been on customer service, marketing and business development, and process management and governance, resulting in measurable performance improvement. With more than 50 years of experience in the IT industry, I have architected solutions for clients which included the integration of hardware, software, and professional service delivery. I was a co-founder and CEO of a professional IT management consulting firm that supported commercial, federal civilian agency, and Department of Defense clients. Over the past 30 years, I was the creator of a proprietary IT management framework which included a sophisticated process management architecture and performance improvement methodology which was leveraged, where practical, in most of our client engagements. Personally, I provided professional services to more than 60 clients, developed and facilitated more than 400 workshops, was a frequent speaker at industry forums, and developed and recorded a series of educational videos describing how our IT management framework worked to provide significant advantage to our clients. The breadth and depth of this experience and expertise will be effectively leveraged to support a SCORE client of any size and most industry sectors.
