Leaders of growing companies face constant pressure to make high-stakes decisions with limited time and few truly confidential sounding boards. The SCORE CEO Forum for Palm Beach County was created to give experienced business leaders a place to work through those decisions with peers who understand the realities of leadership.

Each Forum group is intentionally small, made up of 8–12 executives from non-competing businesses who meet monthly as an ongoing team. Conversations are candid, confidential, and centered on real, current business challenges.

Meetings follow a proven, structured process and are facilitated by SCORE Meeting Leaders who guide discussion, challenge assumptions, and help members gain clarity and perspective. Periodically, subject matter experts may join to share insights relevant to the group.

The CEO Forum is for leaders who take their decisions seriously and want to make them with greater clarity, confidence, and accountability.

The CEO Forum helps leaders step back from day-to-day execution and focus on building stronger, more resilient businesses.

Members consistently report that participation helps them become more strategic, moving from working in their business to working on it. Through peer discussion and mentor-facilitated sessions, leaders gain clarity on what truly matters and where to focus their time and energy.

Forum members often leave with:

  • Clearer organizational structure, including defined roles and responsibilities
  • Stronger financial discipline and tighter operating controls
  • More effective goal setting and accountability
  • Improved delegation and leadership confidence
  • Smarter marketing and sales strategies
  • Better hiring decisions and stronger leadership teams

The result is clearer thinking, better decisions, and a business that runs with more intention.

The CEO Forum is designed for leaders of established, growing businesses. To participate, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be responsible for the full operation of a qualifying business (e.g., CEO, President, Managing Partner)
  • Annual revenue between $1–$30 million
  • Company has been in operation for at least two years
  • At least five employees

Each forum group is intentionally composed of non-competing businesses. All members are required to sign a confidentiality agreement to ensure open, candid discussion.

Meetings are held once a month, in person, as a half-day commitment.

Date: Monthly on the 3rd Wednesday of each Month
Time: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (lunch included)
Location: Capital Grille, 6000 Glades Rd, Boca Raton, FL 33431

Participation requires consistent attendance and full presence. Members commit to attending all meetings and minimizing interruptions during sessions. Participants who miss more than three meetings annually may be asked to exit the forum.

Prospective members are invited to attend their first meeting at no cost, to experience the forum and determine fit.
Thereafter, membership is $149 per month, which covers lunch, meeting space, and facilitation.
