With over forty years experience in large -scale real estate development I have developed over 4 million square feet of industrial and commercial real estate, and was president of a publicly held real estate development company. My experience includes land acquisition, soliciting capital from banks and equity partners, negotiating construction contracts, land planning, governmental negotiations, leasing and sales of commercial property, property management and most other aspects of real estate development and investment.
