I have many years of experience in the automotive industry, including executive management positions with Ford Motor Company, Infiniti Division of Nissan Motors America, Corporate, Kia Motors America, and American Honda. I developed and managed programs in sales, marketing, customer satisfaction, business integration, training, and education. I was the Founding Manager of Kia University training and, the National Manager to innovate the Online University for American Honda. On the auto dealer side, I was Marketing Operations Manager for a dealer group and a retail operations consultant on programs for J D Powers and Associates and Ford Motor Company.
