The CEO Forum program consists of monthly half-day meetings with 10 to 12 peers, facilitated by two SCORE mentors. These problem-solving and goal-setting sessions are true peer mentoring meetings that use a proven approach to issue resolution.
This no-cost service is available for executives of existing businesses that desire ongoing business advice or mentoring. An advisor will be assigned to you by matching their background to your industry and your most significant business opportunities.

Since 1964, SCORE has educated and mentored more than 11 million small business owners and entrepreneurs. We're looking for people with diverse backgrounds and experiences to serve in a variety of roles — from knowledgeable business mentors to local community advocates.
How has SCORE influenced you?
Leo Tejada started Innovative Uniform Solutions in 2015 to provide quality, personalized uniforms, in a timely manner to the law enforcement community. Leo realized early growth but not without business headaches that he needed to address or suffer losses. In 2018, Leo called SCORE Orange County for help and connected with Jim DiRosa, a certified mentor, and experienced industry executive.
