What do you do?

P3 provides cost audits for businesses in the Oklahoma City area looking to reduce cost.  At P3 Cost Analysts, we specialize in cost reduction consulting. We use our expertise to help save governments and business clients on various overhead expenses.   P3 audits find savings and improvements with contracts and agreements with our client's vendors.  My role is to work with local businesses to determine if a P3 Cost Analyst audit is benificial to their business.

What is your relationship with SCORE? SCORE client What influenced you to seek help from SCORE?

I saw a post on an entrepreneur forum online. I’d never even heard of SCORE before reading that post.

How SCORE helped.

With the help of a SCORE Volunteer, we partnered with FranNet, a SCORE Affiliate, to open a P3 Cost Analysts franchise in Oklahoma City.  Without SCORE and Linda’s advice, I probably never would have looked into a franchise.

What's great about my mentor?

My business is an expense reduction franchise. I got started when Linda suggested that I meet with Sara Waskow, a franchise advisor who Linda had heard from at an event. Linda and I spoke several times and discussed what type of business I should start, and she zeroed in on franchise opportunities, which is something I never had even thought of.

What would you tell a fellow business owner about SCORE?

Talk to Linda, or someone at SCORE. There are so many opportunities out there, and it never hurts to have someone else to bounce ideas off of and give you advice.
