40 years of manufacturing / management experience mainly in the steel industry. Experience in supervision / development of employees / supervisors, etc. Conducted two major moves of operations that included brownfield set ups of steel processing operations that required dealing with and coordinating outside contractors for construction and installation of equipment. Recently completed training as a Certified Professional Coach and am serving clients in the business community helping them overcome the blocks to become successful at whatever is important to them.
