I am a serial-entrepreneur and owner of a certified minority, woman-owned firm. I bring to SCORE both a corporate and small business background plus a true passion for entrepreneurship and helping others. Professionally, I have expertise in strategic planning, workplace learning and management/leadership development, program and project management of technology focused implementations, change management, workshop facilitation, instructional design/curriculum development, virtual instructor-led training delivery. In addition to volunteering with SCORE, I am a leader in the community and have served on the board of directors for the Cobb division of WorkSource Georgia a workforce development agency; the organization’s Planning, Governance and Organizational Development committee which drives the non-profit’s strategic alignment and overall customer experience; and, the regional Individual Training Account (ITA) committee. I am a member of the Shockingly Different Leadership advisory board;.and a servant leader within my church.
