About the event

The Business Plan is your road map to commercial success and a necessary precursor to obtain external financing.

In this Live Online Workshop you will be instructed in the components of a business plan:

  • Executive Summary
  • Objectives/Goals
  • Products/Services
  • Market Analysis
  • Strategies and Tactics
  • Sales Plan
  • Financial Plan

Also included in this Workshop is a review of Funding Sources and Uses

You will have the opportunity to have your questions answered both during and at the conclusion of the Workshop.

A copy of the presentation is provided to those who complete the brief Feedback Survey at the end of the session.

About Our Instructor

Dr. Angel Duncan is the founder of Global Voice and Associates LLC providing innovative training solutions and assessment tools. 

She provides instruction in Nonprofit Leadership & Board Governance, Strategic Business Management, and Nonprofit Management for Liberty University Online. Dr. Duncan also teaches Strategic Business, Nonprofit Management, Training & Development, Strategic Human Resource Management, and Performance & Rewards Systems at Mount Vernon Nazarene University’s Jetter School of Business. 

She is a certified DE&I In the Workplace facilitator, Certified Contract Trainer for Leadership, and an Everything DISC Authorized Partner.

She holds a Bachelors in Business Administration, Masters in Business Management, Masters in Ministry, and a PhD. in Human Services specializing in Nonprofit Management & Agency Development.
