Introduction to Government Contracting
This Live Online Workshop is a beginner level course and is a must for anyone thinking about or already doing business with the government.
The workshop provides a general overview of how the government purchases goods and services. This “Intro” class outlines seven steps that are essential to achieving success in the government marketplace.

About our Instructor
Nancy Cleveland is the Program Manager for the Georgia Tech (GT) Apex Accelerator (formerly GTPAC, Georgia Tech Procurement Assistance Center). Ms. Cleveland leads a team of GT APEX Accelerator Counselors whose mission is to accelerate American entrepreneurship by teaching and assisting Georgia based entities to navigate government procurement and contracting processes.
She has more than 30 years experience in small business management and consulting with and for federal, state, and local governments. Her expertise includes project management as well as being a former small business owner herself.
Ms. Cleveland has an EMBA from the University of New Haven, Connecticut and a Bachelors in Business Administration from Clark College (CAU), Atlanta.
