SCORE North Florida started in Gainesville in Alachua County and surrounding 6 counties. In 2023 our Chapter (408) expanded to include the panhandle, now 27 counties all the way to Pensacola. We have three new branches: the Tallahassee Branch, the Panama City Branch, and the Pensacola Branch.
We offer free mentoring to small businesses and startup companies. Our Mentors are highly successful and seasoned business professionals and entrepreneurs with the experience and knowledge to help you achieve your small business goals. We want to see you succeed and are here to serve you for the life of your business.

SCORE Startup Engine Program (SEP)
In addition to our existing one-on-one mentoring and our group workshops, the
Startup Engine Program is being piloted as a THIRD method to serve SCORE clients; a group mentoring program.
You are invited! Join us in a proven program of group mentoring called the
“SCORE Startup Engine Program” (SEP). In just eight weeks, it jumpstarts fundamental business acumen for entrepreneurs that don’t yet have a comprehensive business background. It is a GROUP mentoring program with one Mentor assisting 5-7 program attendees in a team growing a simulated (not real) startup company, then competing in a pitch contest. All it takes is an hour of your time per week.

We believe that anyone can start and manage a successful small business. We also know that the road is harder for some than for others. Diverse backgrounds, different voices and unique needs may call for specialized resources and mentoring approaches. SCORE is listening, recognizes these diverse needs, and provides personalized support in a wholly-inclusive platform called SCORE for All.
