Ray enjoys working with entrepreneurs in all phases of their business journey from start up to exit. He has helped clients develop their business plans – competitive analysis, market research, financial projections, find funding, negotiate with vendors, estimate their business valuation and helped them sell or buy their businesses.

Ray has a BA in accounting and MBA in finance. For multinational corporations he has held positions such as Director of Accounting, Controller, Director of Planning & Control, Finance Director and Treasurer. In non-profits entities, Ray has been an executive committee board member, treasurer, governance chair, finance chair and executive director search committee co-chair. For SCORE, he has worked with many startups, existing businesses and nonprofit organizations.

Ray has been a SCORE mentor for over 10 years and works in both the Northern Nevada and Princeton SCORE chapters. He is a SCORE workshop presenter and has conducted webinars on How to Start a Non-Profit and other topics.
